Just bring comfortable workout clothes and a drink.
No equipment is needed for your first session — we’ll take care of everything else.

Yes — we have experience working with children with additional needs, including SEN.
We aim to create a supportive, structured environment where every child can thrive.
Will my child be fighting or sparring?
No — beginners focus on learning technique, fitness, and control.
Sparring is optional and only introduced at the right level, in a safe and supervised way.

Not at all.
Our sessions are designed for all fitness levels. You’ll improve at your own pace — the hardest part is just getting started.

Most beginners start with 1–2 classes per week.
As you build confidence and fitness, you can increase your training if you want to.
How much does it cost?
We offer flexible membership options depending on how often you want to train.
